Dave Hamill is the manager of EXIT Realty Legacy, half-owner of the company, and the senior instructor & training coordinator for the company. His professional designations include the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designations. Dave is a 51-yr. old family man who loves both the Prescott area and his work in real estate. Having lived in the area for over 18 years and served the community for 8 of those years as a county law enforcement officer, he has become well acquainted with its people and geography. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American History and is Bi-lingual, being fluent in Dutch. He has an extensive background in education, management, sales and law enforcement and apart from his family, his greatest enjoyment in life is working with people in real estate sales and investing.
